Remembrance Sunday 14 November 2021 - Rustington Remembers

Following the absence of a formal Parade in 2020, due to the Covid-19 restrictions, the Rustington Community will once again come together for its Annual Remembrance Sunday Parade and Service on the 14 November 2021.

The Parade will muster in The Street near the junction of Sea Lane at 10.30 am and move off at 10.40am.

Following the Parade a Service will take place at the War Memorial which will include a Two Minute Silence and the laying of Wreaths by a host of Community Groups and Organisations including the Parish Council. 

The Service will be led by The Reverend Natalie Loveless of The Parish Church of Saint Peter and Saint Paul, and The Reverend Bob Sneddon of the Rustington Methodist Church.  The Exhortation will be read by Councillor Graham Tyler, Rustington Parish Council and The Kohima Epitaph will be read by PC Andrei Netherwood.

Road closures, to allow the Parade to process safely, will be in force from 10.15 am until 11.30 am approximately.
