Formal Complaints -

The Council aims to provide an efficient and effective service. But if you do need to make a complaint, please use this form to make a formal complaint about a Parish Council service.  Complaints forms should be returned by post, and marked as confidential, for the attention of the Parish Clerk, Rustington Parish Council, 34 Woodlands Avenue, Rustington BN16 3HB.  Alternatively, you can email a completed copy of the complaint form to caroleward@rustingtonpc.org

All complaints, where possible, shall be resolved and answered within 10 working days.  If this is not possible the complainant will be advised of this in writing within 10 working days. 

The Parish Council will treat all complaints with respect and in confidence. Any personal data gathered as part of a formal complaint will be handled in accordance with the council’s Data Protection Policy. We may share some personal data, where necessary, with third parties where it is appropriate for investigating and resolving a complaint.

Please note that the Parish Council's complaints procedure DOES NOT cover Complaints about Councillors. These complaints must be made direct to the Monitoring Officer at Arun District Council.
