The Woodlands Centre, Rustington Youth Centre and the Samuel Wickens Centre, offer superb venues for a wide range of functions. A large free car park, including four disabled parking bays, serves both The Woodlands Centre and Youth Centre. The Samuel Wickens Centre is located in the Broadmark Lane Car Park, which provides 3 hours free parking.

The Woodlands Centre includes the Village Memorial Hall, the John de Bohun Room, the Roger Montgomeri Room and the Roger Barwick Room.

The Rustington Youth Centre has two facilities, the Kilhams Hall and the Norfolk Lounge. 

The Samuel Wickens Centre comprises a Community Hall, together with the Rustington Museum and the Information Centre.

The Village Memorial Hall, the John de Bohun Room, and the Kilhams Hall are particularly suited for the following types of hire: 

• Regular Meetings and Functions for Community Groups and Organisations
• Business Meetings and Seminars
• Wedding Receptions
• Concerts (VMH only)
• Entertainment
• Exhibitions
• Fund Raising Events
• Celebratory Events
• Children’s Birthday Parties

Bouncy Castles / Inflatables are not permissible within any of the Council's hiring facilities.

The Roger Montgomeri Room, the Roger Barwick Room and the Norfolk Lounge are available for smaller meetings such as Seminars, Conferences, etc.
